MARKETING INTERN

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join the In-House Advertising & Consulting team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising experts in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare promotional & analytic report presentations
  • Help traffic ads and oversee that they get scheduled accurately with correct dates and ad rotations
  • Utilize our digital dashboard to manage campaigns

The Must Haves:

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Schedule that will allow for 14-20 hours in the office per week during our regular business hours. (7:30am-5pm M-Th, 7:30am-12pm Fri)
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to manage and organize campaigns and creative assets for 100s of clients per month.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Not afraid to present media plans and reporting with clients to prove the success of a campaign.
  • Willingness to wear many hats. We are a small company that often means taking on responsibilities outside the typical job description.

DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST INTERN

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Analyst Intern will provide direct support to the media manager. The Digital Marketing Analyst Intern will be responsible for receiving media contracts from our sales team and projects managers and scheduling campaigns accordingly, primarily digital advertising campaigns. Once these campaigns are ordered and created the Digital Marketing Analyst Intern will oversee that the ads get scheduled accurately with correct dates and ad rotations. At the beginning of each month the Digital Marketing Analyst Intern will create detailed analytics reports on digital advertising campaigns to present to clients. Throughout the month the Digital Marketing Analyst Intern will continually utilize our digital dashboard to manage campaigns and make optimizations throughout. The Digital Marketing Analyst Intern will ensure that media vendors bill the campaigns correctly by reconciling with A/R compared to A/P.

The That’d Be Greats:

  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Background in digital marketing (display ads, paid search, social media)
  • Understanding of media concepts such as CPM, CPC, reach, frequency, etc.
